Our Outdoor Lifestyle Hospitality packages are the most unique and comprehensive in the UK. Nowhere else can you get the chance to experience so many exciting activities in one day and in one place. Our hospitality day is Friday July 4th 2008. It starts at 10am and ends 7pm.
Our hospitality area is situated on top of a small hill near the heart of our event and overlooks the entire show in panoramic splendour. Our hospitality area features a huge al fresco deck with umbrellas and tables for casual viewing and the taking of refreshments along with the main seated area within our wonderfully decorated marquee.
Our sole aim is to give you and your valued guests the most memorable of experiences.

Should you require us to organise taxis or chauffeur driven limousines for you and your guests please call us to quote you our preferential rates. Should you be celebrating a special occasion for any reason or you would like us to organise anything at all to make your day extra special, please feel free to speak to our concierge service by calling on 0845 0093074 and we will try and assist you in any way we can.
Individual itineraries, menus and wine lists will be provided 3 months before the event and will include a number of vegetarian options.
